Organised by Methods@manchester, this summer school (26 - 30 June 2017) will provide students with the basics of R programming and how to use R for effective data analysis.
Methods@Manchester, an intive funded by The University of Manchester Faculty of Humanities runs a number of summer schools aimed at highlighting Manchester's strength in research methods in the social sciences.
The fifth methods@manchester Summer School will be held at The University of Manchester from 26 June - 7 July 2017. Each course at the school will run for one week*. Each course will deliver four days of content to a five-day timetable (Monday afternoon to Friday lunch-time)*, building on successful methods@manchester and CMIST short-courses given throughout the year.
* the Big Data Analysis for Social Scientists Masterclass runs for two days, 4-5 July 2017, 9am until 5pm.
