Submission Deadline: 31st August 2017

Funding Available: €60,000

€60,000 is available for citizens, small businesses, universities and corporations to test their digital solutions to city challenges. OrganiCity is a service for experimentation to explore how citizens, business and authorities can work together to create digital solutions. The ideology, 'Experimentation as a Service', proposes that local authorities could expand their remit beyond waste collection, road management, transport etc to provide a service for people to experiment. The aim is to allow anyone in the city to collaborate and test their ideas in short sprints and at a small scale.

This approach enables ideas to be prototyped, tested and observed in real-life urban settings, allowing you to quickly and efficiently learn what does and doesn't work.

Funded by the European Commission, OrganiCity is a three-year, collaborative research project, based in Aarhus, London and Santander.
